Straightforward privacy
Information submitted to TechTuned is used only to prepare the quote, communicate about the requested service, complete the agreed work and provide support.
This may include your name, phone number, optional email, town or ZIP code, service details, product links, project photos and appointment information. A full street address is not required for an initial quote unless the project makes it necessary.
Submitted information is used to evaluate the project, communicate, provide pricing, schedule approved work and support completed installations. TechTuned does not sell personal information.
Quote requests are submitted directly through the TechTuned website and stored with its website host. A private ntfy push topic sends TechTuned an immediate device notification so requests can be answered promptly.
The site records limited page and conversion events such as service-page visits, quote-form activity and contact-button clicks. The website tracking code does not send names, phone numbers, email addresses or form answers with those analytics events.
Customer addresses, license plates, phone numbers and other private information are not intentionally published. Project photos are used publicly only when approved or otherwise appropriate, with identifying details removed when needed.
