Equipment and installation

BlackVue lists the two cameras, microSD card, connection cable, USB-C power cable and 12V adapter, hardwire cable and mounting supplies. Your quote identifies the supplied card capacity and vehicle-specific materials. An included hardwire cable is not charged a second time; hardwire installation still requires additional labor. Fuse taps are not included in the manufacturer kit and are added when needed.

TechTuned supplies and mounts the agreed cameras, conceals wiring, sets up the app and tests recording. Complex vehicles, longer cable runs and travel are reviewed before payment.

Parking and remote access

Parking recording needs a compatible continuous power supply, such as a reviewed hardwire installation or an optional dash-camera battery. A socket that switches off with the vehicle cannot power parking recording. Battery condition, settings, temperature and usage affect runtime; uninterrupted coverage is not guaranteed.

Built-in Wi-Fi connects your phone locally; it does not provide cellular internet. Remote Cloud features need internet from a compatible hotspot or optional LTE module, plus any required SIM/data plan and service subscription. Hardware, data and subscription costs are separate unless included in your quote. Power-saving standby and remote availability depend on the selected mode.

We confirm your vehicle, exact kit, card capacity, power choice, total price, sales tax, lead time, and equipment warranty/return terms first. BlackVue confirms two-year camera coverage from the customer purchase date with proof of purchase and one year for accessories; TechTuned handles claims for equipment we sell. Warranty conditions and return/cancellation terms are provided before payment. Our one-year workmanship warranty covers installation separately. Payment through your customer-specific Square invoice does not confirm an appointment.
